Leonardo Inn Hotel Glasgow West End

I must say the staff were lovely especially a worker named Scott the staff are very friendly place is tidy and the location is ideal for transport links etc, the room was clean and the bed was nice to sleep on we loved looking out the window you could see a lovely view of kelvinside and the park and the smoking shelter outside is very handy but I would say they would need a little heating lamp but apart from that I wouldnt stay anywhere else but this hotel for now on you are really getting a bargain for the West end. thanks for making us feel welcome

I recently visited the Leonardo Inn Hotel Glasgow West End for a Bluecrest health check, and the experience was very positive. Although I was not staying overnight, the facilities and service stood out and left a good impression. The hotel has ample on-site parking, which made arrival straightforward and stress free. The spaces are clearly marked, and access to the building is convenient from the car park. In addition, there are BP Pulse electric vehicle charging points available. This was extremely handy and saves the hassle of finding public chargers elsewhere. Inside, the atmosphere is calm and welcoming. The reception area is clean and well organised. The receptionist was polite, professional and very helpful, guiding me to the correct area efficiently. Staff interaction can make a big difference during appointments, and the friendly approach here was appreciated. The interior of the hotel is tidy and comfortable. Seating areas are well maintained and suitable for waiting or working quietly. The toilets were clean and well stocked, which reflects good attention to overall cleanliness and customer care. The location is another strong point. Situated in the West End, the hotel is easy to reach by car or public transport. Despite being close to main routes, the environment feels peaceful. Overall, the Leonardo Inn Hotel Glasgow West End offered a smooth and pleasant visit. The combination of easy parking, EV charging, helpful staff, clean facilities and a comfortable atmosphere makes it a practical and reliable venue. Based on this experience, I would recommend the hotel for appointments, meetings or future stays.

This hotel is ideally suited for going into Glasgow Central. Taxi in cost about £12 to get to Kings Theatre. The staff were fantastic and friendly. Rooms are perfect for a night or two, bed was comfy. I didn't have breakfast but you are right next to an M&S shop/garage if you want to grab snacks. Great priced hotel, close to city!

Overdue review but this was such a lovely stay. The room was so spacious, neat and clean. We got a nice little welcome gift pack from the staff which was such a pleasant surprise and added to the nice stay. Couldn't stay for long however if visiting in the future will definitely choose again.

Nice quiet location with excellent public transport links. Bus stops a few hundred yards away and there are 2 train stations nearby. Staff were very helpful. Right down to helping me choose a meal from the bar. Buffet breakfast was good. Just missing square sausage! Room was comfortable. Although the shower took me a few minutes to work out. Overall a relaxing experience.

We stayed on Monday 23rd Feb 26 as I had an appointment at the hospital next to this hotel early in the morning the experience was great from check in to dinner and breakfast was great would like to say Scott in the restaurant was great and very helpful great asset. Would recommend this hotel. Thank you to all the staff as they where very helpful. Mr & Mrs Livingstone

Loved this Hotel from start to finish didn't want to leave regular buse's number 6 to city centre or can grab a train. The staff was very friendly (Scott) made me feel like home wonderful man ... The room was lovely and clean plenty of coffee and milk . very fresh clean towels only thing was need a little heater at smoking area ;) but wii be back regular

Lenoardo Inn Glasgow West End is a nice hotel. Our room had a very nice view. The hotel is located next to a beautiful duck pond. Access to the hotel is limited - with only a bus stand located in 4-5 minutes walking distance. The nearest rail station is 15 minutes walk and the subway more than 20 minutes walk. Parking is available - but free ONLY if you book directly with the hotel. The room was adequately sized. Breakfast was plentiful, but the same items offerred every single day - zero variation.
